Mentor is looking for experienced management consultants that know how to listen and translate a clients vision into business results. This means fusing our methodologies and program management techniques with your change management and implementation expertise to drive enterprise-wide change efforts for clients.

The work is intense, highly demanding and requires a willingness to travel and work at client locations across the U.S.

Mentor specializes in working with clients to optimize complex, large-scale organizational change, extending management’s capacity for achieving accelerated, high-impact results. Whether we are working on merger integration, business realignment, or market growth issues, we generate, and drive implementation of the relevant business strategies required to ensure sustained success in ever-changing markets.

Required Skills:

Our consulting roles also require a business degree (MBA preferred) and 5+ years of relevant experience.  You must have successful consulting experience and have a verifiable track record of achievement in one of the following:

- Working with senior executive clients to redesign organizations and technology
- Designing, driving organizational structure and culture changes in resistive, large-company environments.
- Applying project management skills to lead the problem solving efforts of senior consulting teams.
- Leading fact-based analysis of a clients’ business issues, to generate multiple strategic options that you have implemented.
- Designing, delivering world-class Sales, Marketing or Supply Chain strategies, enterprise-wide solutions.
- Identifying, tracking, synthesizing financial metrics to build and sustain ROI based business cases for change.
- You can live where you like but you will be expected to work Monday through Friday at our client’s premises, sharing your talents in a non-hierarchical, team-driven collaborative approach.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing relationships and building a client base in the sale of consulting services. An information technology background  with an understanding of the consulting business and solid track record of developing new business is required.

Required Skills:

- Existing relationships with senior management.
- 3 or more years sales experience consistently exceeding quota
- Excellent territory, project and account management skills
- Knowledge of large and distributed systems, business continuity services,
Asset management, and/or network services a plus.
- Sales Experience
- Business Applications
- Information Systems Exp.

Key Skills:

Must be a team player who works well with client delivery teams to craft solutions to business problems. Must understand solution selling.

• Senior IT Project Manager

Minimum requirements include: Four-year college degree in a technical field, or equivalent training and experience. In depth knowledge of the Internet and Internet-related technologies.

- Consulting or IT experience developing business applications
- Experience with Microsoft OO development tools
- High energy, self motivation, and driven to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in managing consulting projects .
- 3+ years of Windows programming experience.
- 2+ year development in a client-host environment.
- Technical experience with the following highly desired:

Databases SQL Server, Access, Oracle, Progress and Informix
Languages C, C++, Java, various 4GLs, SQL and Visual Basic
Operating Systems NT, Windows, MS-DOS, and UNIX.
Development Methodologies Structured analysis; ERD and Chen data modeling, MSF, Booch/UML object analysis and design
Requires excellent verbal/written communications skills for proposals and technical content. Presentation skills. Articulate complex technical information to customers and internal staff.
